Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic! Quick to respond, communicated effectively, friendly, and was always on time! Moreover, Greg was able to provide solutions for a job that required some custom retrofitting and even welding - specifically, installing a smart lock on an industrial door that other locksmiths said "couldn't be done"! I googled a reliable locksmith during an emergency at my workplace/barbershop I was running behind schedule and I got locked inside stuck!!! with customers trying to come inside so I called them and they sent a professional technician named rich I explained to him my situation and he arrived faster than what I expect and fix my problem and explained word by word what’s was wrong with an affordable quote!!! Copying a house key was fast and easy. Just insert your key into the slot on the machine. You don't even need to remove it from your key ring. After that the touch-screen instructions were very simple. Swipe your credit/debit card, wait for the machine to cut your key and you're done.

I contacted KeyMe after I was locked out of my apartment. After waiting 30 minutes for a call back and not receiving any word from anybody. I called there office to cancel, they ended up trying to charge me a $30 service fee. No call, no-one came to help! Super unprofessional

Great place for extreme over priced keys made for ordinary house keys; the house key i needed was priced at $9.99 from this automated kiosk in a rite aide store. I guess if you desperately needed a key made late into the night, this is your only choice. Now, if the key made didn't work, i can imagine the extra challege it would take to remedy the situation. On a side note, i found a nearby hardware store that made my key for one dollar a piece. And the guy told me if the keys didn't work, just return it within 7 days for a full refund or free replacement.
